Introduction to the application of cosmetic glass bottles

Glass bottles used in cosmetics are mainly divided into: skin care products (creams, lotions), perfumes, essential oils, nail polishes, and the capacity is small. Those with a capacity greater than 200ml are rarely used in cosmetics. Glass bottles are divided into wide-mouth bottles and narrow-mouth bottles. Solid pastes generally use wide-mouth bottles, which are suitable for electroplated aluminum caps or plastic caps. The bottle caps can be used for color spraying and other effects; emulsions or water-based pastes generally use narrow-mouth bottles, which are suitable for pump heads. If they are equipped with caps, they need to be equipped with inner plugs. Water-based agents are equipped with small-hole inner plugs, and thicker emulsions are equipped with large-hole inner plugs.

Uneven thickness of glass bottles can easily lead to damage, or they can be easily squeezed by the contents under severe cold conditions. The reasonable capacity should be tested during filling, and they should be separated individually during transportation. The products should be equipped with color boxes, and the inner trays and middle boxes can better play a shockproof role.

Combination form:

1. Cream bottle series: glass bottle + double-layer plastic outer cover (generally with a capacity of 10g-50g)

2. Essence series: glass bottle + plastic pump head or anodized aluminum pump head (relatively high capacity of 20 to 100ml)

3. Toner series: glass bottle + plastic inner plug + outer cap (above 100ml, it can also be equipped with a pump head)

4. Essential oil bottle series: glass bottle + inner plug + large head cap or rubber dropper + dropper + anodized aluminum cap
