Glass bottle printing is becoming a trend

Glass bottle packaging market has already introduced printed glass plastic bottles and printed glass beverage bottles, and printed liquor bottles and printed wine bottles have gradually become a trend. This new product that prints exquisite patterns and trademarks on the surface of glass bottles has been adopted by many beer and beverage manufacturers.
Although the glass color glaze used in the pattern of the printed glass bottle has been integrated with the glass, its inherent glass characteristics also determine the number of uses is limited to seven times. Too much repeated use will bring adverse consequences. The decaled glass bottle can only be used once, and its pattern is no longer complete. This is also due to the inherent acid-base resistance and erosion resistance of the decal material after being cured at high temperature.
Leading beer and beverage manufacturers in the same industry have begun to use printed glass bottles, lightweight or disposable glass bottles as the first choice for product packaging. New wine in new bottles has increased production costs compared with new wine in old bottles. But it is of great benefit to the upgrade of product grades.
The development of science and technology is changing with each passing day, changes in consumer trends keep pace with the times, and the manufacturing industry is also following up simultaneously. After a national standard or industry standard has been used for seven or eight years, necessary improvements and modifications should be made to retain those parts that adapt to the development trend and add some necessary content. Excessive requirements and excessive technical indicators have increased useless manufacturing costs and caused waste of resources. They should also be included in the list of amendments. The most urgent thing is to make national standards or industry standards more authoritative, representative and appropriate.
Beer bottles and carbonated beverage bottles, which are the same pressure-resistant glass bottles, have different requirements. Beer bottles require excessively high mechanical impact resistance. The standard of qualified crystals is the same as that of high-quality carbonated beverage bottles. The same; however, there are no regulations on the service life and packaging methods of carbonated beverage bottles, and there are no separate regulations for light-weight single-use carbonated beverage bottles. This kind of favoritism has caused inconsistent standards and is more likely to cause misunderstandings.
